Absolutely brilliant, can’t praise enough the process, good front of house welcome, secure place, easy and convenient parking, no stress there.

Once in the surgical area, pleasantries were exchanged putting me instantly at ease.

The process of wax removal was explained using a vacuum suction, once the process was initiated the feeling in my ears felt much better, the noise in my ears from the equipment used was acceptable and as explained in the consultation, all in all a positive experience and days after my earring is vastly improved.

Contacted the clinic asking for availability but also access for someone with limited mobility.
Really helpful.. sent me a picture of the entrance.

Arrived a bit early and was greated by a lovely young man.
My step mum was feeling really anxious about the procedure but was put at ease quickly.
The young man explained what he was going to do and was really gentle.
It didn't hurt one bit.
